Due to the gentle, sustained vibrating sound of the lyre it can happen that my soul is so touched that a gate opens to a world full of light and warmth. This is where I feel like a child, alive and refreshed, near to the source of my origins.

 

Inspired by this sound, I have been developing and crafting lyres and harps for 40 years. In a small town in the west of Germany, my employee and I create individually hand crafted from the finest quality, untreated tonewoods to the application of self-made shellacs and stringing the instrument.
